Pergo Management provides various kinds of services within the area of management. We provide consulting services or even the posting of staff in order to take over management tasks temporarily. Our staff is experienced in dealing with large budgets within the public and the private-sector area. We are specialized in programme and project management for public authorities throughout the whole lifecycle process. This includes:

The tasks within this working area are multifarious. Some clients just hire us for managing single elements of a programme / project, while others want us to manage a complete lifecycle process. Our management services are provided according to the PRINCE2 standards. This is important, not only, but especially if you assign different contractors for different stages or parallel actions within a project or programme.
